The UMPC the Asus R2H

Niles Gives hear nothing. Meanwhile I bought a R2H and I am happy with fat!
I built it in the car (in a way that I would also again like this could address). Navigate and play music together is no problem! Through my MDA Pro, I also have internet. Everything is possible really!

I have 512MB of Socialists. In itself, I think, enough. Why Asus would have made that you can put in 512MB max? I hear more stories of people who are there to put 1GB without problems.

Maybe you already know it, but if you between October 26, 2006 and March 15, 2007 you bought R2H, you qualify for a Vista upgrade. I have Vista Business edition already inside.

I bought my R2H on the day they came out and so just missed the boat. I'm going to think about moving to Vista but I'm not sure that my worth € 90 (if I am somewhere a USB DVD ROM drive can borrow). It seems a lot more work that they have tried.

I want to world to buy a UMPC. The R2H seems at first sight the most appropriate, with the Medion UMPC half as good.

It is strange that the R2H suddenly appear in online shops sold out and the Medion is not available. Is there a successor to Asus to get something?

Does the R2H in offline stores to buy? I have so far not been able to find shop ...

In my experience, the R2H is certainly a good option!

Why 200 million more? Depends a bit on where you've looked and looked to have you.
This is the version with 60 GB HDD and bluetooth and webcam. Many cheaper versions you can see, no bluetooth and webcam. They are usually characterized by only 40GB HDD. In itself of course does not make much difference, but for me, bluetooth is an absolute must!

There is definitely a successor for the R2H but that is still a while in development. The T83 is still in the autumn of this year.

It is unfortunately not part of the Intel McCaslin platform but uses the VIA platform. That speed will not do well as the 512MB memory. However, this much more affordable than the Q1 Ultra. The reason this is not the successor of my R2H is only a resolution of 800x480. If it had a 1024x600, I was thinking about it.

@ Montfort: Works better on Windows Vista TabletPC or say you let Windows XP Tablet but sit there. And all programs is therefore of special drivers before you waiting. As GPS / Bluetooth etc..
